The food was excellent along with the service provided by the staff
The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were friendly all the time.
seeing Worcester as a whole, very impressed with the town. visited the Royal Worcester Museum, The Commandary, The Cathedral. and walked along the river. all within easy reach from the Hotel,
Staff were responsive to requests (a request for new pillows resulted in satisfaction), and the room was clean, quiet and everything worked. Breakfasts were very good.
The hotel is looking a bit tired, and in need of a facelift.
Staff we dealt with were really friendly! Don't expect to spend any time here apart from sleeping as the bar was always empty with no athmosphere. A little soleless but walking distance to town.
Very comfortable and large room Good bathroom, soft towels, comfy large bed'
The location and decor of the bar area also the restaurant was rather open to the bar
Very pleasant staff, provision of car park, room clean & comfortable.
Budget toilet tissue, hair dryer .
Location and size of rooms and clean.
Its a little dated, Staff need to be more ship shaped! Check in girl was less than helpful, and a smile would go along way! Waiter was like someone in training. Tried his best but didnt even ask how you would you like the steak to be cooked. (Food was good and well presented though) Bar... well only white wine on offer was Chardoney.... that is a first!
Very good breakfast, friendly staff and a very nice garden terrace to sit in the summer. The room was clean and nice.
The room was a little too hot. One flickering lamp in the room was exchanged only after 2 days after my complaint. However, for a 3-star-hotel, the hotel was quite good and I can recommend it nevertheless.
Its position, only a short stroll to the city centre and cathedral. Large car park. Our room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom.
Charge of £3 to pay by credit card, no internet access. The hotel is a labyrith corridors and inter-conecting rooms making it very easy to get lost. Although there are fire exit signs the confusing layout could create panic in an emergency situation. The breakfast was poor: tinned fruit, cheap cereals, cut bread. All the floor boards creaked, every step produced a different noise.
The staff were exceptional! They went out of their way to be helpful and made our stay wonderful. One member of our group has restricted mobility and the staff were more than accomodating with the challenges this presented. One particular member of staff went out of his way to make sure we were able to attend our event and provided transport for us which was much appreciated and contributed to the success of the day.
The location of the hotel (on a busy dual carriageway) made it difficult to access the town centre quickly and easily due to the volume of traffic. Rush hour was tricky!
Lovely hotel, very friendly but professional staff, nothing was too much trouble, our suite was really lovely and comfortable, warm, spacious
Excellent quiet location close to City centre . Spacious and well equipped room with large screen tv. Pleasant and helpful staff on Reception and in dining room.
No free Wi-Fi. Charge for using credit card. No lock on bathroom door. Skimpy towels.
Breakfast very good, good choice.
I thought it was rether cold in the bedroom. However we did turn up the heat, the bar was also cold. Having said that it was the coldest night so far this year.
